We've implemented some adjustments to our pricing and registration process beginning with the July event. The rise in cattle and transit costs has necessitated a slight increase in our fees to offset these additional expenses. While the increase is modest, it is essential to maintain the high-quality experience our participants have come to expect.
We have updated our cancellation policy as follows:
If you cancel 5 days before the event, there will be no charge.
If you cancel 2-4 days before the event, you will be responsible for cattle and office fees.
If you cancel 1 day before the event or on the morning of the event, you will be responsible for all entry fees.
You'll notice our registration form has a brand-new appearance. We've redesigned it for ease of navigation and efficient information collection. The form now requires credit card details to complete the process. Rest assured, we will not charge your card unless you opt to use it for payment at event check-in, or in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show.
